What is the Emory Gold portal?

Emory Gold is the official portal for patients for Emory Healthcare. It allows you to interact with your healthcare team, views scheduled appointments, renews prescriptions, and access medical records.

How do I get my medical records from Emory Hospital?

You can complete the form to receive your Emory Hospital medical record. You will need to provide some necessary details such as your name and date of birth. Your documents will be sent within 3-5 days.

What is the process for requesting a copy of my lab reports?

You can request a copy of your lab reports by calling 404-778-7777 or 1-800-75-EMORY. A copy will be mailed to you within 48 hours.

The Emory Patient Portal allows me to change the language.

Emory Patient Portal can be changed to your preferred language. Emory Healthcare Login lets you select your preferred language using the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner.

How do I send messages to my doctors?

You can send messages to any Emory Doctor using the “Message” option in the upper right corner of every portal page. You must provide the doctor’s name to send a message.
