What is the minimum number of nights to book?

During special seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter Week and Spring Break) we have a minimum of 3 nights. During low seasons we have no night restrictions.

What are flexible and non-refundable rates?

The flexible rate indicates that you can modify the reservation as indicated in your reservation policies; likewise, in the payment method the reservation can be secured with a prepayment percentage, and the remaining balance will be charged automatically before your arrival (according to season policy, 1 day or 8 days). The non-refundable rate indicates that you cannot modify or cancel the reservation; likewise, the total of the reservation will be charged automatically at the time of booking.

How long do I have to cancel or modify my reservation?

The time to modify or cancel the reservation depends on the seasons. Low season: you can request cancellation or modification of your reservation without penalty, up to 1 day before your arrival. High season: you can request cancellation or modification of your reservation without penalty, with more than 8 days in advance of your arrival. Clarification: if the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always take the original arrival date as reference.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is included only if you purchased a package or promotion that indicates or specifies it. We have different promotions and packages that include airport-hotel-airport transportation, booking directly with us through official channels.

Fantastic experience!

I went to the Grand Oasis Cancun for a family reunion, and it was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos at the Careyes restaurant was outstanding, and the activities by the pool kept us entertained every day. Highly recommend this hotel for families!
